- Accessibility: 1 minutes to a bus station by walk, 10 minutes drive to the city, 5 minutes drive to UniSA Magill campus, within 10 minutes drive to three nearby Korean supermarkets, Park and tennis court within a 5-minute walk
- Rent: $260 per week including bills except for electricity (2 weeks payment in advance, 2 weeks bond, 2 weeks notice)
