Ginza Miyako is located in Stamford Plaza Hotel on North Terrace features a Modern Japanese Cuisine. The restaurant opens for lunch and dinner 6 days a week.
We are currently looking for a qualified chefs to support our lovely team with approximately 15-20 hours per week however, this may increase in line with the demands of the business.
1.) Minimum 2 years as qualified chef
2.) Applicant with previous sushi chef experience will be an advantage for this position
3.) Familiar with a la carte, sushi station, knowledge of food and be able to manage a busy kitchen enviorment
4.) Be able to perform under pressure and work unsupervised
