Full Time / Part Time roles at Adelaide CBD ;
Produce all sushi and sashimi menu items
Responsible for the quality of all food prepared in the sushi section of the kitchen
Make suggestions to the Chef to help increase customer satisfaction, volume of business and profit
Being part a dynamic and motivated team
Perform all aspects of food service to the highest standards.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a commercial kitchen
A passion for food and the industry
The availability to work day/evening shifts
Be punctual and efficient at all times
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
Have an outgoing and helpful attitude towards fellow team members
Must have working knowledge of HACCP and food safety policies
Must take care with wastage and stock control
Be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
