Position: Store Manager / Assistant Manager
Location: Norwood/China Town/Parkside/Burnside
Salary: Negotiable (Commensurate with experience)
Requirements:
3-5 years of F&B management experience (Ramen/Japanese restaurant preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient in operations, inventory, and cost control
Able to work in a fast-paced environment (flexible shifts including weekends)
Fluent English (Japanese language is a plus)
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and staff management
Maintain food quality and service standards
Handle customer feedback and incidents
Support marketing initiatives to drive sales
