Looking for a Housemate – Furnished Room $300/week (Bills Included)
One private, bright furnished room available now in a calm, modern home in Aldinga Beach.
All utilities and internet are included.
About the Property
Modern coastal living in a newer home in Aldinga Beach. The house is spacious and light, with 4 bedrooms, a separate media room, and a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that feels relaxed and comfortable.
Both rooms are fully furnished with a quality bed, desk setup, built-in wardrobe, and digital safe. The home has ducted heating and cooling throughout, including the bedrooms.
Tenants mainly use the main bathroom, as we have our own ensuite, so it often feels like having your own space.
We keep the home clean, peaceful, and well looked after, with a small veggie/herb garden and a welcoming, easy going atmosphere.
We are a non-smoking household as someone in the home has asthma, so we ask that flatmates also be non-smokers.

We’re an easy-going couple in our 40s (Australian + Japanese). We both work as professionals and like to keep the home calm and respectful.
We have two adorable cats who make the place feel lively. If you like cats, you’ll fit right in. Once they get to know you, they’ll happily come for pats and cuddles.
We enjoy coastal living, cooking, hiking, and relaxing at home with a movie. We’re down-to-earth and value a clean, comfortable, and peaceful home.
