We are currently looking for a LONG TERM Qualified SUSHI CHEF to support our lovely team with approximately 15-20 hours per week however this may increase in line with the demands of the business.
1.) Minimum 2 years as qualified SUSHI CHEF
2.) Excellent knife skills
3.) Applicant must have previous experience with cutting and preparing seafood for sashimi, sushi and rolls
4.) Familiar with a la carte, Sushi station, knowledge of Japanese food
5.) Be able to perform under pressure and work unsupervised
