グローバル・エキスペリエンス・プログラム
UniSAが今最も注目されているのが、グローバルなビジネスコミュニティで働くため
の有効な手段となる、専門的スキルとインターナショナルな価値観を身につける
グローバル・エキスペリエンス・プログラム（Global Experience Program）です。
就職市場で他の卒業生に差をつけるには大学の学業成績も大事ですが、自分の人物的な資質と学業ポイントをトータルパッケージとしてどうプレゼンできるか、そしてメリットを具体的に採用側にどうイメージしてもらうことかも重要です。大学の成績証明書では学位とその成績を示すことになりますが、それ以外にもリーダーシップ、チームワーク、コミュニケーション能力、国際的視野、柔軟な姿勢、やる気などを如何に採用側にうまくアピールできるかということです。
不況による採用減も災いし、雇用者側が新卒者に求める条件は年々高くなってきています。その中で大学在学中に外国語を学んだ、インターンシップやボランティアなどに参加したということは評価されるはずですが、折角行ったことをどう表現してインパクトを与えるか、また在学中におこなったインターン経験で学んだことをどう自分自身の資質としてアピールしていくかが大事です。
このGlobal ExperienceはUniSAに在籍する学部生なら無料で参加できるプログラムで、基本的には卒業単位以外のプログラムという位置づけです。
以下4つのコンポーネント合計120ポイントの達成でGlobal Experienceプログラム終了証を授与されますがインターンの詳細や評価が大学からのレターとして発行されますので、（UniSA Global Experienceプログラムのお墨付きとして）就職活動の際にアピールするツールとして活用することができます。
•Orientation (5 points) オリエンテーション
•BUSS 1056 (10 points) 科目の履修
•Experience Suite (100 points) 実際の活動
•MyAdvantage Professional Development (5 points) ワークショップ
中核となるのは100ポイントのExperience Suiteです。これには大学の学生団体、ボランティア団体の役員や活動、国際青年ボランティア、海外でのインターンシップなど、個々人の資質を伸ばすためにおこなった具体的な活動をそれぞれポイント評価して加算していくというものです。これまでの在学生の活動の例としては、
•オーストラリア国内での国際開発関係のシンポジウムやセミナーに参加
•海外でのインターンシップや研修に参加
•交換留学や外国語の履修
•インターンシップやボランティアについて関連誌に記事を投稿
•国際友好関連学生団体の会議へ参加
•役員やメンバーとしてNPO団体でボランティア
•アデレードの高校で留学生へのボランティアチューター
•地元の企業で国際市場向けのマーケティングツールの作成〔翻訳業務〕
などがあります。

Activities undertaken Overseas
One study period or one year overseas participating in the Student Exchange of Hawke Ambassador Program. (Points 50) Criteria: 1 Study Period or 1 year spent overseas at a UniSA partner institution or approved host as part of your UniSA academic program. Other placements or practicum’s taken overseas as part of your program will be considered on a case by case basis.
Overseas short term study tour or program- Taken as part of Academic Program. (Points 20) Criteria: Undertaking an approved short term study program or tour with a minimum length of 12 days. Credit of 4.5 units minimum granted towards UniSA academic program.
Activities undertaken within Australia
Volunteering within Australia (Points 15 or 30)
Criteria: Activities undertaken whilst volunteering must have an international or intercultural focus. This activity usually involves an agreement with the organisation about time commitments, but may not necessarily involve the same project or activity on each occasion. Volunteer work must be unpaid, and must not count towards your academic program. See GE15-03 for activities taken within your Academic Program.
Note: *15 points awarded for 40 to 79 hours of volunteering. 30 points awarded for 80 hours or more of volunteering. Students can claim a maximum of 30 points.
Work experience or internship within Australia (Points 15 or 30)
Criteria: Activities undertaken during the internship must have an international or intercultural focus. This activity usually involves working on a specific project. Activity must be unpaid and taken outside of your academic program. See GE15-03 for work experience that counts towards your program.
Note: *15 points awarded for 40 hours and 30 points awarded for 80 hours. Students can claim a maximum of 30 points.
Organisation of an Off-Campus event (Points 15)
Criteria: Principal responsibility for the organisation of a local conference or event featuring international content and held off-campus.
Note: Attending an off-campus event with international presenters does not count, it is the content which must have an international focus.
